Whether you’re content with our personal voice offering or want the most lifelike replication using our custom neural technology, there’s an option for everyone.
Onboarding and Service Levels
Eternos offers different levels of onboarding support to suit your needs. If you’re comfortable navigating the process on your own, our self-serve option is perfect for getting started quickly. Once your voice replica and Digital Twin are set up, any questions can be answered via chat or email.
For those seeking more assistance, the Concierge plan offers expert guidance during key moments of the process. Customers receive up to three hours of support from our human experts via email, phone and/or video-conferencing. This will enable the customer to establish their voice replica and the initial profile associated with their Digital Twin.
For those who want to ensure the best possible experience, our Concierge+ service is ideal. With the Concierge+ option, a dedicated human expert will work with you to replicate your voice to the highest degree of accuracy and guide you through the process of training your profile. This personalized support helps you craft your digital twin, ensuring it captures your personality, speech patterns, and stories in the most authentic way possible.
Whether you’re looking to start small or aim for a more comprehensive experience, Eternos is here to support you at every stage.
Usage and Bandwidth
Each plan includes a set amount of bandwidth for your interactions, with the option to purchase more as your usage grows. Bandwidth is used when you or people you provide access to engage with your Digital Twin. 5 MBs of bandwidth represents about 10 hours of access to your Digital Twin per month. Adding stories and insights to create and enhance it does not count against bandwidth limits. As you and the people you provide access to your twin use it more, you’re able to purchase more bandwidth at prices starting at $20 per 5MBs. If at an time, your membership lapses, your data remains in the Eternos MemoryVault able to be accessed when you choose to resume membership in the future.
